Who We Are
The Dorothy Day House of Hospitality was founded in November 2009. Our mission is: "In the spirit of Dorothy Day, the Youngstown Catholic Worker is a community, founded on personal relationships, committed to learning and living the gospel of love through hospitality and peaceful resistance to injustice."
What We Do
We provide an evening meal to guests on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. Doors for the meal open at 4pm, and we serve from 5-6pm. We also offer showers for those in need on Wednesdays from 12-2:30pm.
