The English Center of Youngstown

The English Center of Youngstown is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to serving adult newcomers to our community by offering free English Language classes. We are rooted in the International Institute established in our area in 1918. We are multi-cultural, diverse, and inclusive and welcome all newcomers to our classes. All of our classes are taught by experienced, master teachers.

The English Center offers free English Language classes to adult newcomers to our community. We focus on communication skills, daily living skills, and workforce engagement skills. We have in-person Beginning classes as well as live, online classes for Levels 1,2,3 and 4.
