Specific to this request, the Senior Support Action Group (SSAG) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of homebound seniors and medically homebound individuals within our community. Our mission centers on empowering individuals aged 55 and above to maintain vibrant, independent lives within the comfort of their own homes.

Through a comprehensive range of services, SSAG is committed to ensuring that every senior has access to vital resources and support. At SSAG, our primary objective is to foster a nurturing environment where seniors can thrive. We achieve this by providing essential services such as food box delivery, ensuring that nutritious food reaches those who may otherwise struggle to access it. Additionally, our transportation assistance program ensures that seniors can attend crucial medical appointments with ease, promoting proactive health equity and well-being. Beyond meeting physical needs, SSAG recognizes the importance of companionship in enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Through our companionship initiatives, we offer valuable social interaction and emotional support, fostering a sense of belonging and connection within our community.
