Youngstown Blue Coats

Youngstown Blue Coats is a 501c(3) non-profit founded in 2017. YBC's mission is straightforward, "In America, nobody should freeze to death." YBC members are all unpaid volunteers. They collect and, during winter, distribute warming items (coats, boots, socks, gloves, hats, scarves, sleeping bags, ground mats, tents, and more) to homeless individuals in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. We address the gap between shelters and outdoor homeless camps.
