Who We Are
A program of Humility of Mary. we work in collaboration with Coleman Professional Services. we provide a safe, affordable housing and supportive services for individuals and single parent families with a disability that impedes their ability to live independently. Criteria must be single homeless person with, or without children, 18 years or older who are disabled, and low income. we also provide Homeless Crisis Response Program were we hep with Security deposits. Criteria must be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness Resident of Trumbull County, and below 30% of area median income. we have Outreach services for (Girard, Liberty, Mineral Ridge, and McDonald only. We provide food, clothing, Easter baskets, School Supplies, and Christmas gifts for children.

we offer Permanent Supportive, we are also a Diaper bank, Food bank, and clothing center
