The English Center of Youngstown

The English Center of Youngstown has been serving the Mahoning Valley for over 100 years. Rooted in the International Institute of Youngstown, we carry on the work of serving newcomers to our area by teaching communication skills and daily living skills.

The English Center is a non-profit, charitable organization that offers Free English language classes for adults living the Mahoning Valley. Classes are offered for five levels of instruction ranging from Emerging to Advanced. Emerging classes are held in-person and other level classes are held live, on-line. Classes meet two times a week for two hours a session.
